The magnificent Benjamin Zander

I think this is one of the most inspiring talks I have ever seen. Benjamin Zander is the conductor for the Boston Philharmonic Orchestra and has been for nearly the past 30 years. His thoughts on leadership are profound. Please enjoy this video.

  1. I agree Marty. Ben Zander asks himself a question ... "Who am I being that my players eyes are not shining?".

This question is very useful as a parent, as a colleague and as a friend. We, as parents, should ask ourselves this question when our children go 'off-the-rails' ... "Who am I being that my children are behaving in this way?"
